1. The App
FairwayLeague is a private golf league management application. It allows users to create and join private leagues, log golf scores, view leaderboards, and access AI-powered coaching features.
The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the App at any time with reasonable notice.
2. Accounts
2.1 Registration
To use the App you must create an account with a valid email address. You must be 13 years of age or older.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
2.3 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate information, including your WHS Handicap Index. Deliberately entering false handicap information to gain competitive advantage may result in account suspension.
3. Leagues
3.1 Creating a League
Any registered user may create a league. The league creator is responsible for the league's settings and for sharing the invite code only with intended members.
3.2 Joining a League
By joining a league, you consent to your name, handicap and scores being visible to all other members of that league. You may leave a league at any time.
3.3 League Content
We are not responsible for the conduct of league members or the accuracy of scores entered.
4. Scoring, GPS & AI Features
4.1 Score Accuracy
Scores are self-reported. We take no responsibility for errors in scoring or Stableford calculations.
4.2 GPS Distances
⚠️ GPS distances to greens are approximate and should be used as a guide only. They are not guaranteed to be accurate. Always use your own judgment on the course. We accept no liability for decisions made based on GPS distances shown in the App.
4.3 AI Features
⚠️ AI coaching tips, caddy recommendations and hole briefings are generated by artificial intelligence and are for general guidance and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional golf coaching advice. Always use your own judgment.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Enter deliberately false scores or handicaps to gain unfair advantage
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer or disrupt the App
- Upload or transmit any harmful or offensive content
- Use the App to spam or harass other users
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code and features of FairwayLeague are owned by [Your Name / Business Name] and protected by copyright law. You may not copy or reproduce any part of the App without written permission.
You retain ownership of data you input into the App (your scores, rounds, etc.).
7. Subscription & Payments

- Any loss of data, scores or league information
- Any decisions made based on AI coaching advice or GPS distances
- Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App
- Temporary unavailability of the App due to maintenance or technical issues
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £50 if you have paid nothing).
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that GPS distances, AI recommendations or scoring calculations will be accurate.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by updating the date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
